This agreement governs your use of Introhook, a platform owned and operated by Playable Factory Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş. ("we", "our", "the website"). By accessing our platform or using our services, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent. We may update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Platform Usage

You must not use Introhook's platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality or accessibility. You are prohibited from using our platform in any unlawful, illegal, or harmful manner or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, or fraudulent activities. This includes but is not limited to uploading any content that contains spyware, viruses, or other harmful software.

By using the platform, you agree that any video content uploaded to Introhook must comply with our guidelines, including the prohibition of copyrighted, offensive, or harmful material. Playable Factory Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş. retains all intellectual property rights to the viral intros generated through the platform.

Content Creation and Ownership

Upon uploading your marketing video, our platform will generate five videos, each starting with a unique viral intro. The viral intros created by Introhook are provided for your personal or commercial use in accordance with these Terms. However, you acknowledge that Playable Factory Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş. retains ownership of the viral intro templates used for these videos.

You may download, view, and use the generated content for promotional and marketing purposes. You are prohibited from reselling, modifying, or redistributing the videos created through our platform unless express permission is granted by Playable Factory Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş..

Refunds

Due to the nature of the services provided (digital video content creation), all sales are final. Once a video has been generated, no refunds or exchanges are provided, unless a technical error on the platform prevents the creation or access to the final video content.

Content Removal

Introhook reserves the right to remove or disable access to any user-uploaded content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful, or is otherwise objectionable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services provided by Introhook are offered "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that your videos will achieve specific results or levels of engagement. Playable Factory Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination of Service

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the platform. Introhook may terminate your access to the platform at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Termination of your rights under these Terms will result in the suspension of your account and the deletion of any videos or data associated with your use of the platform.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Playable Factory Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş. immediately.
